Enigma Chic – Refund & Return Policy

At Enigma Chic, we take great pride in our products and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the information below.

30-Day Returns
If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we offer online store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • If you received a promotional gift with your purchase, the gift must also be returned. If not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your store credit.

  • A return shipping fee of $15 AUD will be deducted from your store credit. You will receive the prepaid return label once your return is approved.

  • If your order originally qualified for Free Shipping (orders over $99.99 AUD) but after your return the total falls below $99.99 AUD, the original shipping fee of $15 AUD will also be deducted from your store credit.

  • Store credits are issued in AUD and are non-refundable at a later time.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the value paid for the returned item(s) (minus shipping and handling fees). Return shipping for Change of Mind is at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Due to high demand, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, please place a new order and return the original item for store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@enigmachicau.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturing Warranty – 3 Months

Our products are covered by a 3-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@enigmachicau.com to submit your return request.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive your prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging. Remove any old labels if reusing the original satchel/box.

  4. Attach the prepaid label clearly and drop your parcel at any Australia Post office.

  5. Once received, your return will be inspected. If approved, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind – only store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credit is valid only in AUD and can be used on future purchases at Enigma Chic.
